Welcome to Ohtani Basketball
The Berkeley Ohtani Basketball program is a church sponsored community activity for youth and families. We make every effort to support the youth and teach the values of the organization, which are the importance of family, education and good moral character. The organization provides a place for players to develop individual skills, as well as promoting good sportsmanship, teamwork and fair play.
Our program exists thanks to the sponsorship and generous support of the Berkeley Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple.
Ohtani Basketball Tournament
SAVE THE DATE: On Feb. 26, 2012, the Ohtani Basketball program will host its annual one-day basketball tournament at Berkeley High School for D and E division boys and girls. Online registration will open on Nov. 28, 2011.
Higashi Honganji Summer Bazaar
This year’s summer bazaar will be held on July 28 & 29, 2012. It’s a great time to catch up with friends and teammates. Fabulous food and fun games for the kids. Save the date!
