As you know the organization provides the main course/meat & we ask the families to provide assistance with rest. The following is the break down for requests:

E teams (Masunaga, Kumamoto, Huey)- Salads (i.e. fruit, vegetable, green, potato etc)

D teams (Wong, S.D. Chin, Tamaki) – Sides/starches (i.e. rice, bread, pasta, potatoes)

C2 & C3 teams (Miller, Takata, S.A. Chin) – desserts

C 1 teams (Schram & Tamaki) – appetizers (i.e. dip, pto stickers, sushi, egg rolls etc)

B teams - Their choice!

Of course if anyone on your team has a “special” thing that they love to make (i.e. Marty & Helen’s delicious egg rolls . . . yummy ) they can bring whatever they want.

We will be able to get in the facility @ 4:00 to set-up, so families can arrive around 4:30 to bring their food. The actual program will be scheduled to begin @ 5:00 & end about 8:30. Then we all need to help pitch in & clean up a bit.
